360FCU supports and works closely with many charitable organizations throughout the year in our surrounding communities and nationally.
We advocate financial education and provide resources to local schools to educate students on personal finance fundamentals. We start in the grade schools by teaching the importance of saving together with Junior Achievement programs which inspire an entrepreneurial spirit, work readiness skills and challenge students to excel in school. Additionally, we participate in local "Book Buddies" programs, and our staff volunteer at Financial Reality Fairs where high school students are given a reality check on budgeting and real life events. At our member companies, we conduct "Lunch and Learn" seminars on topics like "Home Buying" or "How to Pay for College" to name a few.
360FCU has a dedicated group of staff volunteers known as the "Helping Hands Committee", who work to organize various events to raise money for many worthy causes. Some of the benefactors include the Hole In The Wall Gang Camp, MS Society, the American Heart Association, and local food banks to name a few. Several times a year we collect donations for needy families for back to school, the holidays or other occasions.
360FCU is committed to supporting and encouraging employees' volunteerism to charitable organization and provides paid time each month to do so. Additionally, when an employee donates 30 or more volunteer hours in a calendar year with an eligible non-profit, 360FCU will give a donation to that non-profit.
